How to choose the right bra
Question 1 - What sort of bras were you after? Is it for everyday wear, doing sports, going out or go underneath a wedding gown?
Question 2 - What sort of colors were you after? Is it skin tone, black, white or pink?
Question 3 - Do you want padded or non- padded bra?
Question 4 - What sort of price range are you looking at?
Note:
A lot of women will assume if their size is 10C in that particular brand they doesn’t require to try the bra on if try a different style or brand. If you‘re in size 10C in this t-shirt bra it doesn’t mean you’re in size 10C push up bra because it is totally different style.
When you try on a bra ensure you adjust the bra straps and that will allow you to put on easily and fit correctly. Most of the women will put on the bra straight away without adjusting the bra strap and that will make them feel that’s the wrong bra.If the bra is too tight or too loose at the back don’t wear them because it will affect your body shapes. Please seek for professional advice to find the correct fitting bra.
Correct fitting bra
The bra must be firm enough to support and control the natural breast
It must be hug the chest wall
It must be hug underneath the arm and support the under cup
Check the diaphragm fit. It should be firm enough for comfort but not allowed to ride up.
If the bra ride up that’s mean the bra size is too big.
If the wire digs in to you that’s mean the bra cup is too small and also if the cup not able to cover half of your breast tissue.
Correct bra should sit flat against your chest and when you put your arm down that’s where the wire mean to be sit.
The edges of the bra should sit flat against the breast if there is a gap in between that’s mean the bra cup is too big should go down a cup size. |
